ARTICLE 3: DURATION OF COMPETITION The competition is open from Monday 27 October 1997 until Friday 20 March 1998 (closing date for applications). Projects should be sent to SOGECAP and must arrive between Monday 23 and Friday 27 March 1998, date as evidenced by the postmark. Any project arriving after the closing date will be disqualified. ARTICLE 4: INDIVIDUAL OR TEAM PROJECTS A project may be presented by a maximum of 5 people. No individual or team may present more than one project. For team projects, a team leader must be appointed. There is no limit to the number of projects that may be submitted from any one college. All individual projects must be accompanied by proof that the entrant is enrolled as a design student.
